Case Study - BSF Project (Foxhills) North Lincs
Working to a very demanding programme during the summer holidays, this 26 bay (700 sq. m), 2 storey, prefabricated building was manufactured, delivered, erected and commissioned in 7 weeks. Once on site (for a two year period) at a Technology College in Scunthorpe, this temporary building provided 2 No. open plan teaching areas (each 170 sq. m) & 10 No. adjoining break-out rooms of varying sizes. This Modular Building was manufactured to our clients design and specification and was supplied with a full hot/cold air conditioning system, an internal timber and an external steel staircase. The external walls were finished in easily maintainable and hard wearing plastisol steel. The students were delighted to take occupation of their new building on their first day back and so were we!
