Case Study - Hospital Admin (Gardens) North Lincs
Located in North Lincolnshire, this 8 bay Modular Building was commissioned by a Local Health Authority to provide additional office/administration facilities to a busy General Hospital. This prefabricated building provides a total of 342 sq. m of accommodation divided into 10 No. spacious offices of varying sizes. The building also has male, female and disabled toilet facilities, store rooms and a kitchen. Externally, the walls are finished with a balanced combination of hard-wearing cream plastisol steel and natural cedar cladding. Internally, the walls are finished with cream vinyl-faced plasterboard and the telephone, I.T. and power cables are discretely channelled through 2-compartment trunking. The toilet and store floors are covered in anti-slip vinyl whilst the office and corridor areas have heavy-duty carpet tiles. A suspended ceiling system is fitted throughout with integral CAT II lighting. Sun-pipes are incorporated within the main corridor areas to provide an abundance of natural light.
