Case Study - Hospital Admin (Willows) North Lincs
Located in Grimsby and following on from an earlier, successful project with the Local Health Authority, we have supplied a further hospital administration block in a specially designed Modular Building to the same general specification as the previous building. This prefabricated building provides a total of 250 sq. m of office accommodation divided into 6 No. spacious offices of varying sizes, ladies and gents/disabled toilets, store rooms and a kitchen. Externally, the walls are finished with a balanced combination of natural cedar cladding and hard wearing plastisol steel. Internally, the building is supplied with a low energy central heating/air conditioning system and comes with a suspended ceiling. Within the corridor area 'sun-pipes' provide an abundance of natural light. The building has been designed with the aesthetics of a traditional build but with all the time and cost advantages of a modular building.
