Located in Kent and commissioned by the Local Authority, this purpose built, prefabricated Dance Studio now offers the local community the much needed dance facilities they require. Whether it's ballet, ballroom, modern or line dancing - they are all catered for here and since opening, the bookings register has been full. This Modular Building provides 135 sq. m of usable dance space although a floor to ceiling folding partition enables the area to be sub-divided for smaller/separate classes. One 18m long wall carries continuous 2m high posture mirrors whilst the floor is covered with Polyflor Sport vinyl flooring. A hot/cold air conditioning system keeps the room(s) at a constant temperature. Externally, the walls are finished in easily maintainable plastisol steel and the roof boasts a 20 degree pitch - weatherproofed with a Britmet roofing system.
