Case Study - Replacement Double Classroom, Surrey
Located in Ottershaw, Surrey and commissioned by a local Primary School, this purpose built, 6 bay Modular Building now provides a modern, safe and much needed 'two classroom' addition to the school. This Prefabricated Building provides a total floor area of 157 sq. m and incorporates two 61 sq. m classrooms, childrens toilets, a disabled toilet and an entrance lobby. A hot/cold air conditioning system keeps the fully carpeted classrooms at a constant temperature whilst the children play and learn. A separate entrance lobby area with non-slip vinyl flooring is provided, allowing safe access to both classrooms. Externally, the walls are finished in an easily maintainable resin based texture and the roof is constructed with a mono-pitch roofing system covered with a hard wearing 'Hypalon' blanket.
