Located in Leeds, West Yorkshire and commissioned by a well known Architects & Building Consultants - this purpose built 5 bay Modular Building provides a much needed 'Group Room Block' to the Academy. This Prefabricated Building provides a total floor area of 78 sq. m and incorporates three group rooms (each providing a 15 sq. m area), a staff office and fully compliant DDA WC. A heat/cool air conditioning system keeps the fully carpeted group rooms and office at a constant temperature. The suspended ceiling system (throughout) provides BB93 compliance for schools & incorporates recessed light fittings operated by way of PIR movement sensors. Externally, the walls of this Modular Group Room Building are clad in low maintenance plastisol steel whilst the roof is constructed with a mono-pitch flat roofing system c/w hard wearing 'Fatra Ekoplan' blanket.
