Located in Sidcup, Kent and commissioned by a Private School, this single storey Prefabricated Dance Studio provides an 85 sq. m dance hall c/w full mirror wall and sprung floor as well as 2 No. WC's, a lobby, bags/cloaks area and a timber decked veranda c/w bi-fold doors. This Modular Building is clad in a combination of low maintenance larch cladding boards and plastisol steel. The site applied 'traditional' 20 degree pitched roof is finished in attractive Decra tiles. Internally, the building has a reinforced 5kN floor capability whilst the walls are finished in easy to clean vinyl faced plasterboard. A heat/cool air conditioning system keeps the Dance Studio at a constant temperature. A very attractive building enabling pupils to learn to dance in the most pleasant of surroundings...
