Located in North London and commissioned by a local Primary School, this purpose built 3 bay Modular Building now provides a modern, safe and much needed 'single classroom' to the school. This Prefabricated Building provides a total floor area of 86 sq. m and incorporates one classroom providing 62 sq. m of teaching space, children's toilets, a fully equipped disabled toilet, store and entrance lobby c/w coat hooks and steel security door. A hot/cold air conditioning system keeps the fully carpeted classroom at a constant temperature whilst the children play and learn. Externally, the walls of the Modular Classroom Building are finished in an easily maintainable plastisol steel whilst the roof is constructed with a mono-pitch flat roofing system and covered with a hard wearing 'Hypalon' blanket. An excellent light and airy environment enabling the children to learn. This Modular Building was supplied and installed during the half term break to minimise disruption to the school calendar. The building was delivered, installed, connected and commissioned within three days on-site.
