Located in North London and commissioned by a local Primary School. This purpose built 3 bay Modular Building now provides a modern, safe and much needed 'single classroom block' at the school. This Prefabricated Building provides a total floor area of 86 sq. m and incorporates one classroom (providing 62 sq. m of teaching space), childrens toilets, equipment store and entrance lobby c/w coat hooks and a steel security door. A heat/cool air conditioning system keeps the fully carpeted classroom at a constant temperature whilst the children play and learn. Externally, the walls of this Modular Classroom Building are clad in easily maintainable plastisol steel (colour coded to match the external finish of the existing school). The roof is constructed with a mono-pitch flat roofing system c/w hard wearing 'Hypalon' blanket. An excellent light and airy environment to enable the children to take their first steps in the learning process. This Modular Building was supplied and installed during a school break to keep the disruption to the school calendar and the Health and Safety risks to both children and staff down to a minimum... The building was delivered, connected and commissioned within three days on-site. The Head Teacher liked it so much that she ordered another one!
