Located in Rugby, Warwickshire and commissioned by a privately run Children's Nursery, this purpose built Modular Building provides a modern, safe and much needed additional Nursery Facility to the existing building. This Prefabricated Building provides an additional 60 sq. metres of floor area and incorporates a large play area and children's toilets. A hot/cold air conditioning system keeps the rooms at a constant temperature whilst the children play and learn on a carpeted floor (a separate area of anti-slip vinyl is provided for wet play). Externally, the walls are finished with a combination of easily maintainable cream plastisol steel and western red cedar cladding (to compliment the existing building).
