Education - Single Classroom Block, Cleveland
Located in Egglescliffe, Cleveland and commissioned by a local Secondary School, this purpose built, 3 bay Modular Building now provides a modern, safe and much needed additional science block to the school. This Prefabricated Building provides a total floor area of 95 sq. m and incorporates one fully equipped science room, equipment store and entrance lobby. Electric night storage heaters keep the science block at a constant temperature whilst the students experiment and learn. Externally, the walls of this Modular Classroom Building are finished in an easily maintainable plastisol steel whilst the roof is constructed with a mono-pitched flat roofing system and covered with a hard wearing "Hypalon" blanket. This Modular Building was supplied and installed during the Summer Break to minimise disruption to the school calendar and the Health and Safety risks to both students and staff.
